DUNE - People of Arrakis

This has to be one of my favourite costume briefs I've worked on. Coming up with a variety of background looks for the people of Arrakis, seen when House Attradies arrive at the Spaceport. Design motifs within the city architecture were drawn on for some of the shapes, as well as symbology surrounding the Sandworms.
Protection from the heat, sand, and wind were also considered when conceptualising these garments.
